ศึกษาความหลากหลายของเทอริโดไฟต์ในอุทยานแห่งชาติภูกระดึง จังหวัดเลย ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2557 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2559 โดยเก็บตัวอย่างพรรณไม้ตามแนวเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติที่ความสูง 260–1,316 เมตรจากระดับทะเล ได้จำนวน 288 ตัวอย่าง สามารถจำแนกได้จำนวน 25 วงศ์ 60 สกุล 125 ชนิด โดยเป็นไลโคไฟต์จำนวน 2 วงศ์ 4 สกุล 14 ชนิด และโมนิโลไฟต์จำนวน 23 วงศ์ 56 สกุล 111 ชนิด ทั้งนี้วงศ์ที่พบมากที่สุดคือ Polypodiaceae (25 ชนิด) รองลงมาคือ Pteridaceae (18 ชนิด) ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบพรรณไม้ที่มีสถานภาพเป็นพืชถิ่นเดียว(endemic species) ได้แก่ Asplenium siamense Tagawa & K. Iwats., Dryopteris rheophila Mitsuta ex Darnaedi, M. Kato & K. Iwats. และ Elaphoglossum dumrongii Tagawa & K. Iwats. อีกทั้งพบชนิดที่ไม่เคยมีรายงานมาก่อนในจังหวัดเลย เช่น Athyriumcumingianum (C. Presl) Ching, Selaginella involvens (Sw.) Spring. และ Tectaria simonsii (Baker) Ching เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังพบ Selaginella sp., Asplenium sp. และ Oleandrasp. ที่คาดว่าจะเป็นเฟิร์นชนิดใหม่ของไทยหรือของโลก

     This study aimed to investigate the diversity and recheck the status of pteridophytes in Phu Kradueng National Park, Loei province, from December 2014 to February 2016. We collected samples along the nature trails at 260–1, 316 meters above sea level (MASL). A total of 288 samples were identified into 25 families, 60 genera and 125 species. Among these, 2 families, 4 genera and 14 species were lycophytes and 23 families, 56 genera and 111 species were monilophytes. The most common family was Polypodiaceae with 25 species. Pteridaceae was the second most common family with 18 species. Among these,three species i.e. Asplenium siamense Tagawa & K. Iwats., Dryopterisrheophila Mitsuta ex Darnaedi, M. Kato & K. Iwats. and Elaphoglossumdumrongii Tagawa & K. Iwats. were endemic. Athyrium cumingianum (C.Presl) Ching, Selaginella involvens (Sw.) Spring. and Tectariasimonsii (Baker) Ching were recorded as new for the flora of Loei province.Moreover, Selaginella sp., Asplenium sp. and Oleandra sp.could be new records to Thailand or new species to science.
