ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของคนในชุมชนอีสานเกิดจากประสบการณ์และการดำเนินชีวิตในสภาพแวดล้อมและสังคมมีการถ่ายทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่นผ่านการสังเกตและการปฏิบัติจริงโดยเฉพาะภูมิปัญญาการใช้เห็ดเป็นอาหารและยาวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการวิจัยนี้เพื่อสำรวจและรวบรวมชนิดของเห็ดที่พบในป่าธรรมชาติพื้นที่โครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริฯ (อพ.สธ.) สถาบันวิจัยวลัยรุกขเวช อำเภอนาดูน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ที่ใช้เป็นอาหารและยารวมวิธีการนำเห็ดไปใช้ประโยชน์ของคนในชุมชนช่วงฤดูฝนระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ถึงตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 จากผลการสำรวจพบเห็ดรับประทานได้ จำนวน 37 ชนิด โดยสกุลที่พบจำนวนชนิดมากที่สุด ได้แก่ สกุล Amanita และ Russula ส่วนเห็ดเป็นยาพบ 14 ชนิด และสกุลที่พบจำนวนชนิดมากที่สุดคือ สกุล Ganoderma วิธีการนำไปทำเป็นอาหาร ได้แก่ แกง ต้ม ปิ้ง ย่าง ยำและพล่าส่วนการใช้เป็นยามีวิธีนำไปใช้ ได้แก่ ต้มด้วยน้ำร้อนและแช่ในเหล้าขาว (แอลกอฮอล์ 40%) ใช้เป็นยาอายุวัฒนะ บำรุง ร่างกาย ลดน้ำตาลในเลือด เป็นต้น ซึ่งการใช้ประโยชน์จากเห็ดป่าเหล่านี้ได้รับการจัดจำแนกด้วยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นจากการสังเกตและเรียนรู้ลักษณะทางกายภาพของเห็ดป่าโดยผู้รู้เกี่ยวกับเห็ด และถ่ายทอดสืบต่อมา ดังนั้น พื้นที่สาธารณประโยชน์ที่มีต้นไม้ท้องถิ่น เช่น ป่าโคกหรือป่าเต็งรังในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือเป็นแหล่งอาหารและยารักษาโรคจากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ โดยคนในท้องถิ่นปลูกฝังภูมิปัญญาเรื่องการใช้ประโยชน์และการอนุรักษ์เพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนกับอนุชนรุ่นหลัง
TheIsan community has indigenous knowledge from their experience and lifestyle in nature and social life, which is transmitted from generation to generation by monitoring and taking action, especially indigenous knowledge about using wild mushrooms for food and medicine. The objective of this study is to examine and gather all mushroom species that can be found at the Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG) area in Walai Rukhavej Botanical Research Institute, Na Dun district, Maha Sarakham province. The methods for using wild mushrooms for both food and medicine were gathered. During the rainy season between July 2023 and October 2024, mushrooms were investigated. The results showed that 37 species of edible mushrooms were found, with many species belonging to the genera Amanitaand Russula. While 14 species of medicinal mushrooms were identified, the highest number belonged to the genus Ganoderma. The methods of using wild mushrooms for food include making soup, boiling, grilling and mixing salad. While making it for medicine such as boiling and soaking it with rice rum (40% alcohol) for elixir of life, tonic and reducing blood sugar. The utilization ofwild mushrooms based on indigenous knowledge classification by local specialists, as well as the observation and leaning of their morphologyis passed on to the next generation. Thus, public utility areas with the local trees such as deciduous dipterocarp forests or dry dipterocarp forests in northeastern Thailand, are suitable for obtaining food and medicine form the natural resources. Local communities have instilled indigenous wisdom on the utilization and conservation of resources to ensure sustainability for future generations.
